Found a male, neutered, 7-or-8-year-old Tabby cat on 9/26/08.
He has a white tip tale with orange rings around it and yellow/orange eyes. I found him around 1000 W 200 S area in Salt Lake City on Friday Sept. 26th.  He's very sweet and friendly and wants to be indoors only.
